Jazz Magic

Nel 2018 abbiamo realizzato questa gigantesca opera durante il Tempo Vacanza. Situata all’interno del Parco Ghezzi, la sua realizzazione è stata a tratti temeraria: l’edificio è così grande che per arrivare nel punto più alto abbiamo dovuto avvalerci dell’aiuto di amici volenterosi.

L’immagine raffigurata è una rielaborazione di un dipinto dell’artista Debra Hurd: Jazz Magic, in cui tre musicisti suonano i loro strumenti tra macchie di colore che portano subito alla mente l’atmosfera del jazz. Un’immagine che ha subito ispirato la nostra Stefania, la cui vita è dedicata non solo alla pittura ma anche al trombone jazz.

In 2018 we created this gigantic work during the Tempo Vacanza summer camp. Located inside Parco Ghezzi, its implementation was at times daring: the building is so large that to reach the highest point we had to enlist the help of willing friends.

The image depicted is a reworking of a painting by the artist Debra Hurd: Jazz Magic, in which three musicians play their instruments among spots of color that immediately bring to mind the atmosphere of jazz. An image that immediately inspired our Stefania, whose life is dedicated not only to painting but also to the jazz trombone.
